Ongoing Support

With the franchise model, the franchisor is happy to supply and offer onging support; after all, you are paying them a lot of money to have the right to call them and ask them questions; it's called a Royalty Fee.

At Home Care Seminars, your first month of telephone and e-mail support is included for free.  After that, you buy the amount of support you need!  Since we charge a monthly fee of $400, (3 month minimum), you will not pay for support that you do not need.

You should budget for support for your first year.
